PROED meeting

Finally I could come to a "real time meeting" of PROED. It is good to be at LabLer and see it is growing and being more and more useful.

It was nice to meet my classmates, teach and learn more, although it is a Saturday rainy morning... :)

Task 5

Both the video and the text deal with blogs and other virtual tools in an interesting and simplified way. The video deconstruct the idea we may have about such tools. I believe that in places (countries) where technology is not at all the people's hands and where traditional education has its own problems, people feel that internet and its resources are a distant "dream" or something that may be used only after North America and Europe have done. But no, the "author" of the video made us realize that technology is real time. It is there for them and for us too.
The text was also written in a simple way, so that the readers can visualize what a blog is, how it works and how it can be used in education.
Now I see that all these tools are really closer than they think for us teachers, since we can access internet. It can reach any person who is able to make use of it.

School routine

Well, I haven't been working at any school for some months, so as soon I start it, I'll describe my routine here, hehehe

Starting my blog off...

And then I start it off...

Well, actually I'm not sure what to write first in this blog.

I chose the name "Inter-acting" because I hope it becomes a "place" where me and my classmates can exchange information about English teaching, the English language and so.

I've told you I'm interested in reading. I'm in the process of developing a reading activity for my specialization course. As soon as it's ready, I'll publish it here.

That's it for now. I'm looking forward to reading your blogs, people.
